Through the second half of the 20th century, from the late 1940s in fact, there have been many jazz and blues magazines, some with only a brief life, some that have had an extraordinarily long life.
In these pages we have scans of a miscellany of articles from some time ago, from magazines which are rarely found. They have been contributed by individuals from their own collections. They range from scholarship through reviews and commentary. These extracts are offered for private research, only, and are mostly more than 25 years old.
