Australia’s virtuoso of acoustic roots and blues, Nick Charles, will perform in Rotorua one night only on Thursday 9th February.

 

During an extensive and acclaimed career, Nick has garnered world-wide recognition.  His music encompasses an eclectic mix of acoustic roots including blues, folk and early ragtime jazz.  With his trademark dazzling fingerpicking on 6 and 12 string guitars, stinging slide and a lifetime’s stories and songs from the musical highway, it’s a show that will appeal to all lovers of music.

Manalishi

Rotorua ‘Manalishi' pay tribute to the wonderful blues of the early era Fleetwood Mac. Their set list covers the full range of material from that time, ranging from two songs performed by Peter Green while still with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers all the way through to the last songs recorded by Peter with the band, ‘Man of the World' and ‘Green Manalishi'. 

If you love the blues, you'll love the blues of 'Manalishi'.
